You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • in the same condition as received;
  • unused and unworn;
  • with all original tags attached;
  • in its original packaging.

SECTION 1 - Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours.
We’ll evaluate the issue and offer an appropriate solution.

SECTION 2 - Exchanges

Want to exchange an item?
The fastest way is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.


SECTION 3 - Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
